You will need to select a client to work with that best meets your level of expertise, once qualified then you will move on to training specifically for that Client to get certified.
First Step - Getting Started:
To start the process please click on the link at the bottom of this page to fill out an application. Once we received your application, you will be sent a link to complete a questionnaire via the internet to help us determine if you will be a good fit for our company.
Second Step - Arise Platform Registration Process:
You will create a profile for yourself on the Arise platform if you are selected to move on to the next step of the hiring process.

Electronically sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement

Register to "Join an Arise-affiliated corporation" under Rise & Shine Outsourcing, Inc with the following information: FEIN# 464103861 to be able to use the Arise portal platform to gain access to our clients.

Choose the client program you would like to service and complete a client certification course to learn about the client program, performance metrics, client systems, and more. There are opportunities with many Fortune 500 companies!

You will then sign a Statement of Work for each client program you choose to service and then you can start taking calls
**Scenario
If you are currently under an Independent Business Owner and would love to switch to our company, you will need to start the process as follows:
1. Contact your current Independent Business Owner (IBO) and ask to be dropped or released.
2. To join our Independent Business, simply click on the link that says, "Join an Arise-affiliated corporation Now" enter the EIN 464103861.
We will receive your request within seconds of your submission.
**Unfortunately, you will not be a good fit for our company if you fall into any of the following categories below:
1. If you are not ready to enroll in a client opportunity within 30 days of completing the admissions process.
2. You have dropped a client certification course, once enrolled and you are not currently enrolled in or servicing a client. (pre-existing CSP's only)
3. If you have ever had a Statement of Work (SOW) revoked. (pre-existing CSP's only)
